"A Tale of a Jack"

One early evening night while I was watering my garden along came a rabbit...it was a "jack"! 

It hopped out of the woods and after two feet along the path it leaped into exuberance in a loop up into the air jumping higher than three feet.  To me, it looked like it was having so much fun!  Then it stood in Buddha-like position in the middle of the path looking straight at me.

I was standing with a neighbour and I turned to look at her and I said, "Did you see that!"  But, as I turned my head I realized the "jack" might quickly hop off.  Well, that's exactly what he did.  Then he raced into the bushes four to five feet away.

Yet, this was such an exhilarating sight to behold.  We had both seen him.  He was white with a yellowish glow. 

I wondered what would become of him....
